Scheme to follow for the treatment of Adenovirus in Pigeons

To consider:

➊  This disease is known by other names: Adenocoli, Disease of the Young Pigeon.

➋  It has a viral origin and is usually accompanied by the E-Coli bacteria.

➌  Initially it only affected young pigeons, but nowadays it also affects adult pigeons

➍  It spreads through excrement, saliva, air and even through the egg.

Products needed for treatment:

● Total Disinfection Solution, to control the spread of germs through water (one of the main routes of spread of the disease).

● Dacochol, to protect the liver and help detoxify the body.

● Nifurmyn Plus Liquid, to control and prevent the proliferation of bacteria associated with the disease.

● Probac 1000, to regenerate the intestinal flora and replace all the fluids lost during the process of the disease.

● Backs Glut-Amin, to help recover the organism after the illness.

Scheme to follow for the treatment of Adenovirus

This scheme must be applied for 10 days.At the end of this period, we evaluate and if the pigeons are not yet recovered, we wait 4-6 days and repeat the treatment.
