Pre-order a product you already use
If a product is temporarily unavailable and shows a Pre-order option, you can place your order now. The product is reserved for your order and we dispatch it after it arrives and your order is complete.
Keep your usual product in your plans
When you know the exact product you want, a short gap in stock should not mean losing your place in the next replenishment. Pre-order lets you request it while we are waiting for more stock. Your order is recorded and the product is reserved for you.
It is useful when you are planning ahead for your loft, a breeding phase or a regular product you do not want to run out of.

How it works
The product page tells you when pre-order is available. The rest of the order follows the usual checkout process.
Check the product page
If the product can be reserved, you will see its Pre-order option. Check the product page for any available restock estimate.
Place your order
Add the product to your basket and complete checkout. Your requested quantity is recorded for your order.
We wait for the restock
When the product arrives, we prepare your order once all its items are available.
We dispatch and email you
We ship the complete order and send you the tracking details by email after dispatch.
Which products can be pre-ordered?
Only products that display the Pre-order option can be reserved. We enable it selectively for products we expect to replenish within a relatively short period.
If a product is out of stock and does not show that option, it cannot be pre-ordered through the website.
Ordering an in-stock item and a pre-order item together?
We wait until the whole order is ready, then send it in one shipment. Items that are already in stock are not dispatched separately while we wait for the pre-order product.
Need an in-stock item sooner? Place it in a separate order. Each order will show its own delivery options and shipping cost at checkout.
Restock dates are estimates
Any restock time shown on a product page is our current estimate, not a guaranteed arrival or dispatch date. Supplier schedules and transport can change. The delivery estimate for your destination starts after your complete order is dispatched.

Does pre-order mean the product is in stock?
No. Pre-order means the product is temporarily unavailable but can be reserved for your order while we wait for more stock.
Can I pre-order any out-of-stock product?
No. You can only pre-order a product when its page shows the Pre-order option.
Is the restock date guaranteed?
No. Restock times are estimates and can change if a supplier or carrier is delayed.
Will the other items in my order be sent first?
No. If your order includes a pre-order product, we wait until every item is available and send the order together.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
After dispatch, we email you the shipment details and a tracking link.
