HOW TO USE:
- Prepare 1 heaping tablespoon of Backs Four-Bark Tea with 1 liter of cold water and slowly heat to boiling point. Then remove from the stove and let it steep for another 5 minutes.
- Let the tea cool down and add it undiluted.
- It should be administered 2 to 3 times on 5 consecutive days during the rest or winter period.
- Special notes: Store dry and protected from light.
